Forward Trust provide the Essex Community Rehabilitation Service (SHARP). The programme supports people to understand their addiction and achieve long-term, stable, abstinence-based recovery. The programme adheres to the Self-Help Addiction Recovery Programme (SHARP) model, which involves 48′ days attendance at the treatment centres in Braintree and Wickford over 8 weeks, with an additional post programme support.  The programme is suitable for those aged 18 or over living in Southend, Essex or Thurrock.
